Order of events (ish)
On The Day
12:00 -12:30
Arrival
Please aim to arrive at 12pm to be seated by 12:30, there will be signage and people to direct you where to go.
12:30 -13:00
Ceremony
The point of the whole thing, the ceremony!
13:00-14:00
Mingling & Photographs
Once the ceremony is over, you will be directed to a space where you can mingle, have drinks and nibbles while photographs are being taken.
14:00-16:00
Buffet & Speeches
Everyone takes their seats and the buffet will open. Once everyone has had elegant sufficiency we will have some speeches from some of our closest family members, friends and of course, the groom.
16:00-17:00
Cutting the cake, first dance and the party gets started!
Bride and groom will cut the cake and then move to the dance floor for their first dance. Then the dance floor will open for everyone to show off their best moves!
We will also have board games and activities for those who don't want to dance.
19:00-22:00
Pizza Van
For those who are feeling hungry a pizza van will be arriving at 19:00, all our guests can grab 1 free pizza.
22:00-24:00
Coaches and wind down
We will have two rounds of coaches, one around 22:00 and another at 23:30. Party come to a close and everyone out by 24:00.
